See Prothom Alo Newspaper Report [Bengali] Click Photo for Link<\/strong><\/p><\/div>The families demand immediate investigation for the ”enforced disappearances” of both senior BNP figures who have remained traceless since an abduction by the Rapid Action Battalion on 27 November 2013, view incident report below.<\/p>\n

ASK had been sent correspondence from both\u00a0 families requesting assistance regarding the disappearances.<\/p>\n

A\u00a0 letter signed by 18 Union Council Chairpersons, demanding the immediate investigation of the traceless victims were<\/strong><\/strong>\u00a0 sent to the <\/strong> Prime Minister and the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), Bangladesh.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Since the Missing report was filed in the General Diary of the local police station in Laxsham, the Rapid Action Battalion have denied the entire incident despite two witnesses.\u00a0 The family members and\u00a0 local community have held a press conference, human chain and even a strike (hartal) in their local area.<\/p>\n
