other Support Services"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Position:<\/strong> Psycho Social Counselor, Legal Aid &amp; other Support Services<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project: <\/strong>Strengthening Democracy by Promoting Human Rights Culture in Bangladesh Project- Phase -2.<strong>\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>No of Vacancy<\/strong>: 1 (one)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description\/Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement all planned activities of the unit.<\/li>\n<li>Provide counseling services to the clients<\/li>\n<li>Attend to clients old and new at ASK office and advise over phone.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain Complaints related documents and files.<\/li>\n<li>Provide case feedback to lawyers<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to visit ASK legal clinics &amp; maintain Complaints related documents and files at legal aid clinic.<\/li>\n<li>File close and follow up clients over phone.<\/li>\n<li>Utilization of unit Budget with finance &amp; accounts unit<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of Monthly report, executive committee report, 6 month report, annual report &amp; NGO Bureau Report<\/li>\n<li>Writing meeting minutes (if necessary)<\/li>\n<li>Maintain liaison with ASK&#8217;s inter units and corresponding with other organization regarding referred cases or complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to visit any field if required.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain network with other organizations and Govt. administration.<\/li>\n<li>Attend workshop, seminar, training and meeting( if necessary)<\/li>\n<li>Preserve all data (softcopy) mandatorily in office computer which can be only used by the authorized staffs\/ Sr. Coordinator.<\/li>\n<li>Require consultation with Sr. Coordinator day to day\u2019s works.<\/li>\n<li>Assist Sr. coordinator to prepare unit project proposal &amp; work plan of the unit.<\/li>\n<li>Any other work as required by ASK management.<\/li>\n<li>Reportable to the Sr. coordinator\/ Director Program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional requirement (if any)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The applicant should have experience in similar position.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency both in Bengali &amp;
