and participate in necessary collaborative efforts with other capacity building providers and national training networks;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic performance monitoring including annual reassessments of District Managers to ensure quality is maintained and milestones are met;<\/li>\n<li>Visit working areas for effective implementation of activities;<\/li>\n<li>Develop ToRs for hiring consultants in line with ASK policies and manage the delivery of outputs in coordination with top management at EC and ED level and team members;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and monitor the delivery of tasks by consultants;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the program reports in assistance of District Managers;<\/li>\n<li>Arrange different types of meetings and seminar with different stakeholders and development partner.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver Periodical Reports \/ maintaining development partner\u2019s format.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Additional Requirement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Experience in the area of NGO sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Experience to work on organizational development.<\/li>\n<li>Working experience in the relevant field and geographic location.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of partnership management.<\/li>\n<li>Good computer skills on Microsoft Office Tools, especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient spoken and written English language skills and the capacity to produce quality reports independently.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to frequent travel across project areas.<\/li>\n<li>Proven Leadership skill and demonstrated collaboration &amp; team building skills;<\/li>\n<li>Team leading, facilitating, and empowering abilities for self-directed autonomous team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Qualifications:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Master\u2019s in Development Studies, Women and Gender Studies or any other discipline of Social Science with good academic records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Age limit: <\/strong>Age at most 50 years<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Experience and skill:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>At least 5 years experiences in the following area(s): Partnership management, Project operations and management, organizational development, networking, working on sexual harassment, gender, SRHR and rights issues, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Reference: 2 (Two) References <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Interested candidates are requested to send their CV along with a cover letter addressing Executive Director of Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK), 2\/16, Block &#8211;
