Position: Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n

No of Vacancy: 01<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Description \/ Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Candidate must be acquainted with the system of progress, monitoring, result-based monitoring, logical framework, operational plan, and other MIS Monitoring tools.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Responsible for leading the M&E and reporting system of the Project of Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK);<\/p>\n

\u2022 Develop different types of formats, M&E tools, techniques and framework, monthly, quarterly and yearly plans;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Tracking progress on activities compared to the operational plan and targets and indicators;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Prepare monitoring reports based on field monitoring;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Prepare and submit report to the donor, partners and ASK related to project progress and logical framework matrix;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Visit working areas to monitor project initiatives and provide feedback to the concerned management in the working districts of the project;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Maintain records of program and project data, lessons learned, case stories and best practices and share with all concerned;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Develop and ensure implementation and maintenance of project databases and maintain a functional physical document management system at the district level;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Give comments and feedback on proposed method for baseline and end-line survey and evaluation\/assessment submitted by external consultant\/firm;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Contribute to supervise the whole process of survey, study, evaluation and assessment conducted by external resource person\/firm;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.<\/p>\n

Job Nature: Full-time \/ Contractual<\/strong><\/p>\n

Educational Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Master’s in Social Science (Economics, Development Studies, Women and Gender Studies, Public Administration, Statistics) with good academic records.<\/p>\n

Experience Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

At least 3 years of experience in the following areas: design and implementation of project monitoring (qualitative and quantitative), documentation, reporting and writing, data analysis, and capacity building of PNGO staff.<\/p>\n

Additional Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 The applicants should have experience in the NGO sector and in a similar position.
\n\u2022 Good relationship and networking with media partners for effective collaborations to meet the organisation\u2019s objectives.
\n\u2022 Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and in a team environment.
\n\u2022 Ability to work under pressure.
\n\u2022 Knowledge in building individual and organizational capacity in program implementation.
\n\u2022 An understanding of partnership management will be an advantage.
\n\u2022 Applicant should have good computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
\n\u2022 Excellent spoken and written English language skills and the capacity to produce quality reports independently.
\n\u2022 Willingness to travel frequently across the project areas.<\/p>\n

Salary Range:<\/strong> 42,406. BDT (Forty-Two Thousand Four Hundred and Six Taka Only)<\/p>\n

Job Location:<\/strong> Dhaka, with extensive field visits in six working districts<\/p>\n

Reference:<\/strong> Minimum two references<\/p>\n
