A total of 27 participants attended the meeting, including CBCPC members, community leaders, children and CSO representatives; among them, 18 were male and 9 were female. The meeting aimed to clarify roles and responsibilities and strengthen local coordination to prevent and respond to online sexual abuse and exploitation of children and youth (OSAEC). Participants discussed key child rights challenges, particularly birth registration for street children. Many children face barriers due to the absence of parents\u2019 names and addresses, leading to exclusion from education and essential services.
