Even if they are, it is not adequate,\u00a0a recent survey by Action Aid Bangladesh found that of the 2,222 surviving victims 66% find it difficult to make ends meet, whilst 76.2% need to visit Physicians.<\/p>\n<p><strong>An Immediate priority needs to be given to Compensating the injured, traumatised and dependant victims. The committees and boards which have been formed need to prioritise the workers\u2019 rights which are long overdue. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Responses should focus on improving working conditions rather than merely trying to improve the industry image that plays such a vital role in the economic growth of Bangladesh.<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"http:\/\/www.askbd.org\/ask\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/everything.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-2715\" alt=\"everything\" src=\"http:\/\/www.askbd.org\/ask\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/everything.png\" width=\"844\" height=\"311\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.askbd.org\/ask\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/everything.png 844w, https:\/\/www.askbd.org\/ask\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/everything-300x110.png 300w, https:\/\/www.askbd.org\/ask\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/everything-630x232.png 630w, https:\/\/www.askbd.org\/ask\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/everything-600x221.png 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 844px) 100vw, 844px\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Criminal Negligence<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', sans-serif;\">Justice was served when Delowar Hossain, owner of The Tazreen Factory (where 117 or more Workers burned alive) was sent to jail for Criminal Negligence. Sohel Rana, will also be trialled for Murder.\u00a0 It is due to the people working behind the scenes we have seen this scale of justice, where for many years Owners have been escaping.
