ASK has contacted the survivors and the family members of the victims of those human rights violation cases. Besides that, ASK has contacted the journalists, administrations, and local people to collect information regarding those incidents. ASK has sent 8 urgent communications to the respected authorities requesting for taking proper action in the matter of medical negligence and other human rights violation cases. In April 2026, 5 cases of ASK were in the cause list of the High Court Division of Bangladesh Supreme Court for hearing. ASK contacted 11 victims of torture and their family members to collect primary information for assistance.
