He got a\u00a0rikshaw (manually paddled three wheeler) with another colleague, \u00a0they were just a few yards away from the office when a white micro bus obstructed his\u00a0rickshaw<\/p>\n<p>Being suspicious,Nur\u00a0Khan quickly got down from the\u00a0rickshaw and ran back to ASK office. His colleague noticed 5\/6 people aged around 30 inside the micro bus.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Nur Khan is a prominent Human Rights Defender. Along with his organization, he was always very vocal against the Human Rights violations by the Law enforcement agencies. Recently, he observed someone\u00a0always following him\u00a0on a motorbike and even inquiring about his movements at the office reception.<\/p>\n<p>On sensing insecurity earlier on 20 April\u00a0Nur\u00a0Khan filed a General Diary with\u00a0Mohammadpur\u00a0Police Station (No 1557 of 20\/04\/2014). He also criticised the random arrests of \u201cinnocent\u201d people during security drives.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the name of security, people are being arrested indiscriminately \u2013 political leaders are arrested and released after two hours \u2013 which is a matter of great concern.
