ASK lawyers represented clients in family, violence against women and children, criminal and other cases before the courts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the month, ASK\u2019s Litigation Unit handled 233 court cases, including 223 family cases, 6 cases involving violence against women and children and 4 criminal cases. In addition, 3 new cases were filed during the reporting period.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These litigation supports were implemented under the EngageNow project, part of the Nagorikata: Civic Engagement Fund (CEF) programme, with support from the Embassy of Switzerland, Global Affairs Canada (GAC) and European Union (EU).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>During September 2026, Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK) continued to provide legal representation to victims and individuals seeking legal assistance.
