It hints at women\u2019s dress to be responsible for sexual harassment which is completely unexpected from a renowned and established educational institution like the Holy Cross School.<\/p>\n<p><b>The Head of Holy Cross School has already apologized for this mistake. We want to remind that educational institutions play an important role to foster students\u2019 thoughts and creative excellence.
