Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK), through its Litigation Unit, continues to provide legal representation for victims and individuals seeking justice in various courts. In June 2025, a total of 186 cases were scheduled for hearings, covering family disputes, violence against women and children, and criminal matters. Of these, 168 cases were related to family issues, 14 cases involved violence against women and children, and 4 were criminal cases. Throughout the month, ASK’s panel lawyers carried out necessary legal procedures, including court appearances, hearings, follow-ups, and witness examinations, to ensure justice for the victims and safeguard their legal rights. The 5 PIL( Public Interest Litigations) cases of ASK were in the cause list of High Court Division. The Lawyer of ASK has taken steps accordingly.
