During this period, the Mediation and Rapid Response Unit of Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK) handled a total of 251 registrations, including 153 females and 33 males, with some clients from marginalised and disabled groups. Among these, 186 cases were handled through the Mediation Unit, while 65 cases were processed through the Litigation Unit. A total of 38 new clients were registered, and 9 mediations were conducted. The unit followed up with 242 old clients and provided legal advice to 67 individuals. Help line services were extended to 135 clients, rapid response support was provided in 20 cases, and counselling was offered to 3 clients. Additionally, money recovery efforts resulted in the collection of BDT 6,36,100 (Six lakh thirty-six thousand and one hundred).
