In November 2025, Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK) contacted 15 survivors of torture and their family members to collect primary information for legal and advocacy support. During this period, ASK also gathered follow-up information on cases previously filed in court. In addition, ASK contacted the family members of 8 victims of enforced disappearance and collected relevant information regarding their children. ASK documented and assessed 20 incidents of human rights violations and collected detailed information related to these cases. As part of this process, ASK communicated with survivors, family members, journalists, local administrations and community members to verify facts and gather comprehensive data. Furthermore, 7 Public Interest Litigation (PIL) cases filed by ASK were listed for hearing before the High Court Division during this period.
