Fact Finding in Rajshahi: ASK conducted a fact finding and collected follow-up information in the matter of 16 Pahariya families at Mollapara in Rajshahi city amid fear of eviction from the land they had been living in for over five decades. The houses of five families from the Kol community in Babudaing village of Godagari upazila of Rajshahi district were demolished. After this incident, they took shelter in a bamboo grove. During the fact finding into the incident, representatives from ASK spoke to members of the victim’s families. Moreover, ASK representative met and interviewed the local people and journalists regarding the incident.
