Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK) considered 27 human rights violation cases and collected information on these incidents. ASK has contacted the survivors and the family members of the victims of those human rights violation cases. Besides that, ASK has contacted the journalists, administrations, and local people to collect information regarding those incidents. ASK has sent 3 urgent communications to the respected authorities requesting them to take proper actions in the matters of medical negligence and the arrest of a person from his home late at night by the army. ASK contacted 14 victims of torture and their family members to collect primary information for assistance. Moreover, ASK has contacted the family members of 12 victims of enforced disappearance and collected information regarding the children of the victims. In February 2026, 6 cases of ASK were on the court for hearing. The Lawyer from ASK has taken steps accordingly.
