Fact-Finding- Eviction Fears of Pahariya Families: ASK conducted a fact finding in the matter of 16 Pahariya families at Mollapara in Rajshahi city amid fear of eviction from the land they had been living in for over five decades. Representatives from ASK has visited the place and collected primary data regarding the incident. Moreover, ASK representatives met and interviewed the local administration, police and the victims. Fact-Finding on Custodial Deaths in Sylhet: ASK conducted a fact finding in Sylhet and Moulvibazar over the deaths of two citizens in law enforcement custody. Representatives from ASK have visited the incident spots and collected information regarding the incidents.
