Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK), through its Litigation Unit, conducted a total of 268 cases in court on behalf of victims and legal aid seekers. Among these, 242 were family cases, 19 were related to violence against women and children, and 7 were criminal cases. ASK lawyers actively carried out necessary appearances, hearings, submissions, follow-ups, and witness examinations to ensure justice for victims. In addition, 2 new cases were taken up during the month. ASK filed one criminal miscellaneous case in September 2025 before the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
