During this period, through the EngageNow project, Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK) handled a total of 234 registrations, including 149 females and 37 males, with some clients from marginalised and disabled groups. Among these, 186 cases were handled through the Mediation Unit, while 48 cases were processed through the Litigation Unit. A total of 24 new clients were registered and 11 mediations were conducted. The unit followed up with 210 existing clients and provided legal advice to 63 individuals. Helpline services were extended to 130 clients, Rapid Response support was provided in 12 cases and counseling was offered to 11 clients. Additionally, money recovery efforts resulted in the collection of BDT 5,71,100 (five lakh seventy-one thousand one hundred taka).
