In January, Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK) considered 25 human rights violation cases and collected information on these incidents. ASK has contacted the survivors and the family members of the victims of those human rights violation cases. Besides that, ASK has contacted the journalists, administrations and local people to collect information regarding those incidents. ASK has sent 2 urgent communications to the respected authority requesting for taking proper action in the matter of medical negligence and a man beaten to death in a drug rehabilitation center. There are 7 cases of ASK were in the cause list of the court for hearing. ASK contacted 18 victims of torture and their family members to collect primary information for assistance. Moreover, ASK has contacted the family members of 8 victims of enforced disappearance and collected information regarding the children of the victims.
