In May 2026, Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK) considered 24 human rights violation cases and collected information on these incidents. ASK has contacted the survivors and the family members of the victims of those human rights violation cases. ASK has sent 2 urgent communications to the respected authorities requesting for taking proper action in the matter of medical negligence and in the matter of two children being tied to a tree and tortured on the pretext of being thieves. ASK contacted 8 victims of torture and their family members, as well as 5 victims of enforced disappearance and custodial death; to collect information about the incidents. In May 2026, 5 cases of ASK were in the cause list of the court for hearing.
