Using BINAD (Bidyaloy Natyo Dal), a school theatre platform of Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK), co-implementing partners MPS, ASED, ACD, SoDESH and OWDEB collectively organised a range of youth engagement activities through May 2026, including drama production workshops, issue-based drama performances, district-level workshops, study sessions and an inter-school debate competition. In total, 25 events were conducted, directly engaging 662 students (235 male and 427 female), comprising 4 drama production workshops, 4 issue-based drama performances, 2 district-level workshops, 14 study sessions and 1 inter-school debate competition. The sessions focused on human rights, social awareness, communication skills, and theatre-based education. Participants enhanced their understanding of human rights, gender equality and community responsibility through interactive discussions and learning exercises. These activities were implemented under the EngageNow project, part of the Nagorikata: Civic Engagement Fund (CEF) programme, with support from the Embassy of Switzerland, Global Affairs Canada (GAC) and the European Union (EU).
