The Court issued a Rule Nisi upon the respondents on 25.08.2008 to show cause as to why their failure to ensure compliance of their duties and responsibilities to ensure safe migration of the Bangladeshi migrant workers, in particular, their job contract and wages should not be declared to be illegal and without lawful authority and as to why they should not be directed to discharge their all duties to ensure safe migration in particular, job contract and wages.
