ASK expresses concern

Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK) expresses deep concern over the recent deteriorating law and order situation that even did not spare the police personnel.

According to the newspapers and ASK’s documentation, 6 police personnel have been killed while they were on duty. It is a sorry state of affair when police men get killed by miscreants. This also indicates the poor condition of the law and order situation of the country.

We send our condolence to the families of the deceased and express solidarity with them. Furthermore we urge the Government to look into the matters seriously by taking immediate and necessary steps to restore the law and order situation of the country.
