The victim is aged only 12 years old, she is now  8 months pregnant with twins expected. Her Mother has appealed to ASK for legal assistance.

The accused was supposed to be arrested but he was granted an ”anticipatory bail” by the High Court Division.

ASK Staff went to investigate this matter at the local police station.

The victim is now staying in protected accommodation, her mother is also staying with her at the request of ASK.
