Figures Between January to 12th December 2013

189 people allegedly killed by Law enforcement agencies.
122 people were shot dead, without arrest. 71 by the police, 25 by the police and the BGB, 14 by the RAB and Police and 7 people by joint forces.
22 people died due to physical torture inflicted during police custody.
36 People died after being shot in a ”crossfire”, without being arrested.
