Galib, aged three and a half years, was forcefully separated and taken away from his mother, by this father, to Feni. Galib’s mother approached ASK to seek redress in such a situation. On being made aware of the incident, ASK’s field staff was sent to Feni. There, the field staff approached the Judicial Magistrate along with the mother and requested the Court to rescue Galib. The Court, through the Police, rescued Galib and safely returned him to his mother’s custody.
