Brishti, aged three years, was forcefully separated and taken away by this father from his mother to Chapainababganj. Brishti’s mother approached ASK to seek redress in such a situation. On being made aware of the incident, ASK’s field staff was sent to Chapainababganj. There, the field staff approached the Judicial Magistrate along with the mother and requested the Court to rescue Brishti. The Court, through the Police, rescued Brishti and safely returned her to her mother.
